		<description>My advice is to tip based on the service you recieve:  
If you treat FO like a coffee shop (e.g. you approach the bar knowing what you want, order, pay and walk away) then you can treat is as such, a buck per beer/food is fine.  (dont know about that $5 cap though...)
If you treat FO like a restaurant (eg ask a bartender to help you decide what to get among the uncommon beer list/unique cuisine)  tip like you would in a restaurant becuase what a FO lacks in table service, it makes up with a staff knowledgable about all the beers and how to pair them with your meal.

As you might have guessed, I work on the other side of the bar.   If you come by, ask for Trent and I&#039;ll take you on a journey through the wonderful world of beer.</description>
